Who we are
This Privacy Policy covers dmcconnect.com, operated by DMC Connect. DMC Connect trades through three registered entities: DMC Connect Bangkok (Thailand), DMC CONNECT PTE. LTD. (Singapore) and DMC CONNECT TRAVEL & TOURS SDN. BHD (Malaysia). See /contact-us for each entity's registered address.
Information we collect
When you use the AI-assisted proposal intake, we collect the information you provide for the programme brief, including your name, email, company, phone number, country, destination, travel window, duration, party size, hotel category, budget and message. The assistant also processes each message to ask the next intake question. When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address. We do not collect payment information on this site — quoting and booking happen off-platform.
How we use it
Proposal-intake submissions are stored in our CRM and used to prepare and send the programme brief to DMC Connect consultants for review. Messages sent to the AI intake are processed by the configured AI service through OpenRouter to generate the next response; they are not used to answer other visitors verbatim. Newsletter subscriptions are stored locally and synced to our email service provider, MailerLite, so we can send the newsletter content you signed up for. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to understand site traffic, and may use Vercel Analytics for performance monitoring. These are marketing/analytics cookies and scripts, and they load only after you accept them in the cookie banner or the Manage Cookies control in the footer — never before. Essential site functionality (page rendering, security) does not depend on any cookie you can decline.
AI-assisted proposal intake and FAQ assistant
The public proposal intake uses an AI assistant to collect a structured programme brief one question at a time. The separate FAQ assistant answers questions from published site content. Messages are sent to the configured AI service through OpenRouter for processing. Please do not submit passport, payment-card or other sensitive identity information. The intake is not a booking or payment service; a human consultant reviews a confirmed brief before follow-up.
Data retention
Inquiry records are retained for as long as needed to service the relationship and for our legitimate business record-keeping. Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, and you can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any newsletter email or by contacting info@dmcconnect.com. You can withdraw analytics/marketing cookie consent at any time via Manage Cookies in the footer.
